To preserve the integrity of technical fabrics and DWR coatings, wash at 30°C with a specialized outdoor clothing cleaner. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on a low heat setting to reactivate water repellency.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship globally via express couriers. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All ThruDark products are built to endure. We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
